Plain English first: you are buying one report, once. Nothing renews. If the scan cannot be delivered properly, you are not charged for it. We tell you what the assistants read and where the doors are - we do not change what an AI says, and neither can anyone else.
These terms are a contract between you and The Katana Connection Pte Ltd, 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422, trading as AI Reputation App (“we”, “us”). By buying or using a scan you accept them.
1. What the service is
AI Reputation App asks a set of buyer questions to third-party AI assistants - currently ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude - through their official paid interfaces, and reports what came back: the answers, the websites each assistant opened to produce them, and the analysis we compute from those two things.
It is a measurement service. It observes and reports. It does not modify, remove, suppress, promote or influence anything any AI assistant says.
2. What you buy
- Verdict Scan - $4.99. 12 buyer questions across 3 assistants - up to 36 answers.
- Source Scan - $19.99. 14 buyer questions across 4 assistants - up to 56 answers - plus the additional analysis described on the pricing page.
- Campaign Scan - $49.99. 16 buyer questions across 4 assistants, with the questions that ask for a recommendation put three times - up to 120 answers - so the figure for how often the assistants named you carries a measured range rather than a single count, plus a check of whether each assistant’s crawler can reach your site.
Each purchase is a one-time purchase of one scan credit. Nothing recurs, nothing auto-renews, and there is no subscription to cancel. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you are; any such tax is shown before you pay.
3. Delivery, failure and refunds
A scan credit is consumed only when a report is successfully delivered. If a scan fails, or if an assistant does not answer enough of your question set for the report to be honest, the scan is marked failed and your credit is returned to you unused. You can retry at no extra cost.
This means we do not usually need to issue money back - you keep the credit and the work is re-run. If you would rather have the money than the retry, email support@aireputation.app and we will refund an unused credit.
Consumers in the UK and EU: you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase. Because a scan begins immediately and costs us real money to run, you are asked to agree that delivery starts at once and that you lose that cancellation right once a report has been delivered. An unused credit is refundable within 14 days regardless.
4. What we promise, and what we do not
We promise that:
- Every number in your report is counted in code from the answers we received, not estimated by a model.
- Every claim is traceable to an answer you can read and a link you can open.
- Where our search is inconclusive, the report says unconfirmed - it never asserts absence it did not verify.
- We take no commission from anything the report recommends, and we mark paid placements as things not to buy.
We do not promise:
- That your score will improve, that you will be recommended by any assistant, or that any action in the report will produce any particular outcome. AI answers change run to run and are outside anyone's control.
- That any assistant will answer the same way twice. A report is a measurement of a moment.
- That a third party - a directory, a magazine, a review platform - will accept you. We tell you where the door is; we do not hold it open.
The report is information, not professional, legal, or financial advice. What you do with it is your decision.
5. Accounts
An account is created automatically and anonymously. You do not need to give us an email address to buy. If you add one afterwards, it is the only way back into a paid report from a different device - if you clear your browser storage without having added one, that report may be unrecoverable, and we may not be able to prove it was yours.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: resell or redistribute reports as your own product without our written agreement; scan a business you have no legitimate interest in in order to harass it; attempt to access another account's reports; or use the service to build a competing dataset by automated bulk purchase. We may refuse or cancel a purchase that breaks these, and refund it.
7. Third parties and trademarks
ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and every website named in a report belong to their respective owners. AI Reputation App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any of them. We name them because they are the subject of the measurement. We use no third-party logos.
Content quoted in a report is quoted as evidence of what an assistant said, attributed to the assistant that said it.
8. Your data and your report
Your report is yours. We do not publish it, sell it, or use it as marketing. See the Privacy Policy. You can delete everything at any time via Delete my data.
We keep ownership of the software, the scoring method, the report format and everything else we built. You get a perpetual, non-exclusive right to use your own report for your own business.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. If a provider we depend on becomes unavailable, tiers that need it are withdrawn from sale rather than quietly delivered short.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited - including a consumer's statutory rights.
Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the scan in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or for decisions you take on the basis of a report.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force for your purchase is the version published when you bought. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction - except that a consumer may bring proceedings in their own country of residence where the law gives them that right.
