You delete your account yourself, from inside it: your account, your Business Profile, every report attached to it and any email address you added. No reason needed. It takes effect the moment you confirm - every report link stops working straight away - and anything left is removed within 7 days.

The direct way, and the one we recommend
Sign in with the email you used at checkout, open Account, and use Delete everything at the bottom. You confirm by typing your business name, and it is done - no waiting for us, no email thread.
The sign-in is a link we email you - there is no password. It proves the account is yours, which is what stops anyone else deleting your reports.
Lost access to that email, and cannot sign in?
Only then do you need us. Email support@aireputation.app with the subject Delete my data. Quote your account reference if you have it - it is in the footer of any report email and at the bottom of your report page, labelled Account:
No reference? Tell us the business name and the rough purchase date, and we will ask for enough to be sure the account is yours before we delete anything. An unverified request is how somebody else erases your report, so this step protects you.
Deletion is permanent. Your report cannot be restored afterwards, by us or by you, and every link to it stops working the instant you confirm. If you want a copy, open your report and save or print it first.

What we cannot delete
Being straight with you about the limits, because this is a product about what machines have already read:
- Anything on the public web. Your Yelp page, a magazine list, a Reddit thread - we only ever read those. We never put them there and we cannot take them down.
- Anything an AI assistant has already learned. There is no takedown form for an AI answer. Nobody has one. Deleting your AI Reputation App account has no effect on what any assistant says, because we never fed it anything about you beyond the wording of a question.
- The questions we already asked. They were sent to third-party providers at the time of the scan and are subject to those providers' own retention policies.
Just want the email removed?
Say so instead - we will detach the email address and leave the account and report intact. You will keep the report on the device you bought it from, but you will no longer be able to recover it from a new one.
Timing and confirmation
Deleting it yourself is immediate: sessions end, report links die, and the account stops existing the moment you confirm. The last traces are removed within 7 days. You get one confirmation email, and then we have nothing left to reach you with. A request we handle by email we complete within 30 days at the outside, and confirm when it is done. If you disagree with how we handled it, you can complain to your data protection authority - in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office.
